No shows & Reschedules

If you miss your appointment without notifying me and arrive 30 minutes after the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be needed for rescheduling.

Will I see my design before the appointment?

I don't provide design previews in advance. Minor adjustments can be accommodated on the day of the appointment. If you wish to make significant changes, a reschedule will be required. Note, this change won't be counted against your two allotted reschedules.

How can I prepare for my appointment?
  • Don't drink alcohol within 24 hours of your appointment
  • Ensure your skin isn't damaged- ie. cuts, sunburn, rash, breakouts
  • Have a good meal before your appointment
  • Notify me if you're on any blood thinning medications
Numbing cream

I am comfortable with clients using numbing cream, provided that I have previously tattooed you at least once. This allows me to gauge how your skin responds to the tattooing process and helps differentiate between a normal reaction and one possibly caused by the numbing cream.

When can I expect a response to my email?

I typically respond within 1-2 days, but please be aware that response times may be affected during vacations/holidays. I appreciate your understanding and patience.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment options include cash, credit/debit card. There is an ATM in the shop.

Aftercare

Gently apply a thin layer of ointment three times a day or as required. Clean your tattoo twice daily using antibacterial soap. Avoid exposing it to sunlight, and refrain from soaking the tattoo in swimming pools, hot tubs, or baths. Resist the urge to scratch; if it becomes itchy, gently pat the tattoo for relief. Anticipate a healing time of approximately 2-3 weeks.
